Sun. Oct. 13 - Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, and London

In the morning, I went to a real medieval castle called Warwick Castle. It was a nice huge castle and I felt like I was living in the medieval times. The surrounding grounds and countryside were beautiful. There was even a peacock garden too.

In the afternoon, I went to Shakespeare's hometown, Stratford-upon-Avon. It was a nice typical English town preserving the charm of what was like back in Shakespeare's time. I had a rainy reception and so I did not do much except a bit of shopping.

I returned to London in the early evening and so I made the most of the last moments of my time there. Again, I got lured by the lights of Piccadilly Circus. I had dinner in Leicester Square with a lot of lights. Since I had too much pub food, I went for Chinese food. The food was good but the price was astronomical. Since I was an arcade junkie, I played some video games the London way. I played a driving simulator game and being a Reuben wannabe.

Finally, I got back to the hotel to pack up my luggage with souvenirs and my knapsack ballooned, because I did not need to buy another duffle bag.
